About Us
Beacons brings over 25 years experience in building engaging and impactful environments for learning that engage young people, families, and youth workers. We bridge research & practice, showing up with joy, strategic thinking, and deep community knowledge.
We know what it means to run programs on the ground. We have trained thousands of youth workers, developed cross-sector initiative, and built systems that center young people and the adults who support them.

Our Approach
Our approach is hands-on, relational, and rooted in joy. We believe that people learn best when they are meaningfully engaged. Our sessions are designed to feel alive, full of real-world examples, tools, and relevant topics.
