Embodies a youth development philosophy and approach which fosters youth-adult partnerships and honors youth voice & choice, creates a powerful sense of belonging and identity through shared rituals and traditions, and embraces and celebrates the rich cultures across the Twin Cities area.

Beacons Network Components
The Network represent the work locally and nationally as a champion in the afterschool movement and connect community-wide stakeholders to a common vision and strategies; coordinate collaborative funding and resources; and provide city-wide capacity building opportunities and technical assistance.
